Log time

This is a flat fee, so the amount is the same whatever the clock says. Times are optional; add them only if you want the time recorded.

My time this month

My invoices

Written for you when a pay period locks. There is nothing to fill in and nothing to send: your time is the paperwork.

Team

Clients

Each client gets a tracker of their own, and the people you add as viewers each sign in as themselves. Tab holds hours and nothing else about them.

Kinds of work

One-off projects

A fixed price, agreed when you assign the work. They see the amount straight away and cannot change it, so nothing is negotiated at period end.

Rates

One rate per kind of work, per tier. This replaces the four duplicated invoice sheets: set it once here instead of retyping it every cycle.

Review

Click any row to open that entry and edit it. What the consultant is paid and what the client’s balance is drawn down are two separate numbers, computed independently. You’re the only audience that sees both.

Payday

Who is owed what, split into the batch you run through Gusto and the batch you run through Wise. Marking someone paid records a payment that has already gone out: Tab never moves money.
